With three and a half years as a technical specialist and writer, I’ve gained deep knowledge of hardware, software, and what customers truly need.
I utilized various programming languages like C, C++, and Python for Arduino-based boards and PC-based boards like Raspberry Pi.
During my support period, I resolved over 2,000 inquiries from customers in labs, universities, and tech companies.

I also managed technical documents published on e-Manual and created Quick Start Guide content for the ROBOTIS Open Source Team on YouTube. Gaining over 4K subscribers shows that these contents effectively addressed technical issues.

In another two years as a Robot Operator and Business Support, I developed business strategies and managed projects to increase product impact in the market.
Not only did I successfully introduce over ten service robots in South Korea, but I also carried out eight proof-of-concept projects in Japan.

As a project manager, I led a robot-elevator interface project, integrating the solution into our service process to enable mobile robots to access different floors, which is crucial for delivery robots.

While working, I pursued a master’s degree in AI to expand my technical knowledge for the future, gaining fundamental AI skills and building a deep learning model to generate robot navigation maps for my thesis.

With my combined experience in business strategy, technology, and AI, I am confident in my ability to successfully drive company projects with a comprehensive view of business and technology.
